Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/ MBA Major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed university and CA (Course Completed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting department wise regular audit and prepare monthly audit plan of individual departments i.e. Store, Pharmacy, Cathlab, Kitchen, Transport, Housekeeping etc.
∎ Checking and justifying the patient bills as on regular basis.
∎ Finding out the errors of the patients bill.
∎ Physically verify the market prices of the medicines, consumable, goods and other items.
∎ Verify all the bills and vouchers.
∎ Checking and justifying the due IPD and OPD bills accordingly.
∎ Physically verify and justify the quality and quantity of all the goods purchased for the hospital.
∎ Auditing the crash carts as on regular basis.
∎ Checking and verifying department wise inventory consuming reports.
∎ Prepared audit report and submit to Management
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 years relevant working experience in Corporate field
∎ Candidates having working experience in Hospital Sector will get preference
∎ In-depth knowledge and work experience on ERP / MIS systems
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines
Salary: Negotiable
