Experience:
Four-year graduation in any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited foreign university.
One or more of the following professional certifications are expected, e.g. CIAM (Certified Identity Access Manager), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CAMS (Certified Access Management Specialist) etc.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in Information Security as a primary responsibility or a minimum of 2-3 years of IT experience with access management as a primary responsibility and a strong Application/Database security focus as a secondary job duty required.
Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL Server is an added advantage.
Experience with IT Security Frameworks expected: PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, COBIT preferred.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines.

The bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Risk Management Division:
Grade: OG-I & OG-II
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the bank`s Identity and Access Management program.
Provisioning of user accounts for onboarding employees.
Support the identity and access management function, ensuring prompt, efficient, and accurate resolution of identity and access matters. Assist with Identity and Access Management initiatives, including activity coordination, initiative communication, and implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that user and system account roles are designed considering principles of least privilege and segregation of duties.
Perform access and entitlement reviews by establishing processes and timelines and mitigating identified gaps.
Creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal documentation required for user provisioning, change, or de-provisioning.
Manage and monitor systems/modules associated with Identity and Access management; provides incident and problem management support.
Support a 24/7 coverage schedule as part of a rotation, including weekends.
Perform other information security job-related duties as assigned.
