∎ Preferably 3 years' experience in IT support in any humanitarian response program
∎ Knowledge of basic ICT compliance requirements in the context of humanitarian response
∎ Capability to solve any hardware or software problems
∎ Demonstrated working experience and technical knowledge regarding different ICT systems
∎ Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach in problem solving
∎ Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and networking skills and capability as a team-player
