Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor / Diploma in ICT / Computer Engineering with 1 year proven experience in relevant field.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT System Management, System Engineer (Computer Network and System).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital.
∎ Perform basic administrative support duties as required to meet specific operational objectives.
∎ Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the HoD of ICT dept.
∎ Work extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.
∎ Assist as required to the HoD of ICT dept.
∎ Assist and support colleagues in ICT-related matters.
∎ Ensure that a high level of service and support is provided to all.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
∎ Escalate ICT issues to the HoD of ICT where necessary.
∎ Responsible for managing backups and tape rotation.Undertake small to medium-sized ICT projects as instructed by the HoD of ICT.
∎ Provide desktop and Network support.Support and maintain MS Server/Desktops/Wi-Fi Network.
∎ Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops/Wi-Fi Devices.
∎ Install authorized software on laptops and desktops.
∎ Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.
∎ Antivirus installation on all desktops and laptops.
∎ Fault-finding to laptops and desktops/Wi-Fi Networks.
∎ Reporting faults and maintaining logs on desktops, Networks, and laptops.
∎ Completing internal user moves including phones.
∎ Patching of network and phones.
∎ Making Cat 5 e network cables was necessary.
∎ Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained.
∎ Ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained.
∎ Exchange server mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes.
∎ Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts by HR requirements.
∎ Providing support for MAC and PC and
∎ Any other task is assigned by management
