∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent, Manpower Recruitment, Travel Startup, and Visa processing Company.
∎ Experience in Marketing Agency with a strong portfolio will be preferred.
∎ Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio of work to showcase your skills and experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro knowledge of 2D/3D, visualization, and rendering skills.
∎ Design promotional materials, social media graphics, website elements, and marketing collateral.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
∎ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
∎ Excellent time management skills and ability to meet the deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইন সংক্রান্ত সকল কাজ ও অনলাইন প্লাটফর্মে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। ওয়েবসাইট, সোসাল মিডিয়া তথা ফেইজবুক ও অনলাইন পেইজ গুলিতে বুসটিং এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Graphics Designing, Official Letter Writing, File Management, Office Tasks etc.
∎ Prepare, Maintain & file various documents in the Office Register (Passport, Visa, etc.).
∎ Documentation, File Scanning and Data Managing on the related software system.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions with an appropriate and professional attitude.
∎ Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/social media/email.
∎ Providing customer service, in order to portray a positive image of the company.
∎ Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Visit corporate clients/persons regarding marketing purposes.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
