Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Candidates should have Six months of Fire Safety course from the Fire service Civil Defens
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire and Safety
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fire & safety activities according to the FSCD, BNBC & NFPA code.
∎ Ensure risk assessment of the complex building and take necessary steps against requirement of safety issues.
∎ Ensure regular in-house fire training of fire safety team, Firefighter, rescuer, new employees and Security personnel as per law & management requirement.
∎ Ensure and cross-check daily, weekly and monthly all fire equipment’s as per check list and make sure all fire equipment’s are active mode.
∎ Conduct regular Fire & Evacuation drill of all buildings in the Complex.
∎ Keep all fire & safety documents & reference ready for Buyer & Auditors in Coordination with Compliance department.
∎ Conduct internal fire safety audit per month.
∎ To ensure having personal safety equipment.
∎ Ensure effective health, safety and security system.
∎ To arrange training such as Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid training, etc.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management as & when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working, Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Working Experience as a Fire & Safety Officer at RMG sector.
∎ Should have well knowledge on Microsoft office.
∎ Willing to stay at near to factory.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
