We are seeking for Fresh Graduate to join our Finance & Treasury team at Head Office and Tongi Site.
Major Responsibilities:
Assist in daily cash management, fund transfers, and payment processing.
Provide regular reports to the Head Treasury on treasury metrics.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of supplier invoices.
Supports business operations by maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to effective cash flow management through proper invoice posting and reconciliation.
Maintain VAT documentation and ensure Month closing as well as year closing.
Ensure Stock adjustment (write in, write off, sample issue etc.) in VAT software.
Ensure compliance with the company’s treasury policy, internal controls and relevant regulatory requirements.
