∎ Skills Required: Administration, Computer skill (MS, Excel, Language skills both in Bengali and English., PowerPoint etc.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coaching Center, Training Institutes

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and maintain daily expenditures, vouchers, and daily cash/bank transactions.
∎ Updating day-to-day transactions in Account.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Ensure that ledgers and bank statements are Reconciled in regular basis.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly reports with periodical analytical reports to Management.
∎ To prepare financial reports as per the Management requirement and any other job relating to finance and accounts as assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Closing of daily cash book with breakup and denominations before departure.
∎ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
∎ Students support and for the need of organization persuade the candidates for admission.
∎ Mentors communication for arranging class schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Accounts or Finance background candidates will get preference.
∎ The candidate must be well-groomed
∎ Effective verbal and listening communications skills
∎ Stress and Time management skills
∎ Must be honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
