Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls to prospective customers about the DOM-INNO Real-estate business.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Ability to understand the target market, identify potential audience online & contact them to generate leads.
∎ Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and summarize actionable recommendations and their forecasted outcomes/implications
∎ Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
∎ Manage large amounts of Outbound Calls on time.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly report as required by management.
∎ Make sure daily assign activity& daily performance of Tele- marketing.
∎ Answering the Primary Customers Sales related quotation& prepare report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate / Developer
∎ Should have good communication skills and good in a manner.
∎ Self-motivated, dedicated, honest, fast learner and professional.
∎ Ability to handle the workload.
∎ Excellent team player.
