Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree, preferably in Mass Communication and Journalism/ English Literature/ Disaster Management/Development Studies/Social Sciences or equivalent studies

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Officer-Documentation will be responsible to develop documentation plan of the project and will cover qualitative and quantitative information of the project.
∎ S/he will also be responsible for facilitating the documentation process of the project activities through partner's organization and SCI staff and provide technical support at the field level in order to ensure quality implementation of the project interventions.
∎ S/he will arrange/facilitate different sessions at national and local level trainings and events and will also play a key role in triangulating the monitoring, narrative and financial reports of the partners and provide support to the Manager-Humanitarian in developing reports and facilitating timely implementation of project interventions.
∎ Responsibility includes, s/he will keep all project related documents, records and data ready to deliver as and when those need.
∎ This position may require extensive travel to field sites.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' working experience, preferably in NGOs with positions those deals on project documentation, M&E of risk reduction and climate change adaptation project.
∎ Sound knowledge on program learning, process, and systems.
∎ Knowledge and capacity of documentation of best practices, case studies, success stories and publishing reader friendly qualitative documents.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel widely in project areas
∎ Excellent spoken, reading and writing skills in English & Bangla with the ability to produce quality analytical reports.
∎ Ability to use standard office computer software for data management such as Excel/MS Access/SPSS.
