Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record. Degree in CSE/Computer Science/ETE/ECE/EEE is preferred

∎ At least 2-3 year relevant experience
∎ Priority will be given to those who worked in Data Center Operations (Infra & Application Support).
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Should be familiar with ITSM Applications
∎ 24/7 roster duty including night shift
∎ Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform 24/7 back office application maintenance including EOD BOD Process of core banking system, treasury system, card management, ecommerce systems etc.
∎ Ensure BAU L1 Operational Support for IT Infrastructure (Windows, Non-Windows, Network, Network Security, Database, backup, Middleware, Storage etc.)
∎ Ensure 24/7 monitoring of all the systems, applications, Database, ATM – CDM (Health & Transaction), NPSB, SMS Push-Pull, DC-DR Environment
∎ In-house Developed System Operations & settlement
∎ Data center maintenance & Monitoring (A/C, Firefighting system, Security System, access control, power system, alarming etc.) 24/7 roster
∎ Adherence to f IT Service Management
∎ Work closely with IT stakeholders to provide technical support during business & non-business hour
∎ To maintain necessary vendor relation for equipment delivery, annual maintenance, SLA, UAT implementation for Data Center Operations
