∎ Be customer-centric, a team player, self-propelled, disciplined, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain CSR project MIS and prepare the half-yearly CSR reports for regulators and monthly CSR updates for Board Members, ManCom, and the Sustainable Finance Unit/Committee (SFU/SFC).
∎ Manage sponsorship requests according to BRAC Bank guidelines and communicate with applicants regarding BRAC Bank's response.
∎ Collaborate with other teams to align data and information required for CSR and sponsorships.
∎ Coordinate with external parties in social and cultural activities to promote the organization's corporate image.
∎ Encourage co-workers to participate in CSR initiatives.
∎ Develop CSR case studies and promote the bank's CSR initiatives through external and internal communication channels.
∎ Develop a comprehensive database of past, present, and future CSR activity reports to communicate with local media and highlight achievements. Prepare all support materials.
