Job Context:
∎ Working Hours:
∎ 11:30 PM to 8:30 PM
∎ Weekly Holiday:
∎ Sunday.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will have to handle outbound calls in Good English.
∎ Candidates have to set appointments and marketing of products.
∎ Candidates have to provide the product information to the Customer and have to CONVINCE them to buy our product over the phone.
∎ Managing Facebook pages and Campaigns.
∎ Quality assure of the team regarding their daily task and call
Additional Requirements:
∎ Letter writing, email communication, telecommunication.
∎ Experience in International Call Center will get first priority.
∎ Excellent communication skill and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in English with proper accent.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers.
∎ Good reading and writing skill in English.
∎ Fluency in Speaking English is a must.
∎ Good grab in excel is mandatory.
∎ Good Marketing Activity.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work for longer period and any time in the day.
∎ Applicants have to be smart, energetic and good communication skill.
∎ Proficiency in photoshop, illustrator will be plus but not required.
∎ Good band score in IELTS will get priority.
∎ Anyone with perfect ENGLISH can apply.
∎ No Absenteeism & Late Allowed.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary review yearly.
∎ Other benefit as per company policy.
