• Basic understanding of the education consultancy landscape and the study abroad application process.
• Proficiency in essential computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, email clients, internet browsers, and WhatsApp.
• Confident, persuasive, and strongly results-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Engagement Officer to join our team. This role is crucial for our outreach efforts, focusing on engaging prospective students, effectively communicating the value of our study abroad services, and converting interest into scheduled office consultations. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Bangla and have a basic understanding of the education consultancy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and respond promptly to incoming lead inquiries.
• Articulate comprehensively the range of study abroad services, including university options and application support processes.
• Persuade and schedule in-person office visits for qualified students and parents.
• Maintain meticulous records of all communications and lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Facilitate information dissemination through various channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, and email.
• Execute consistent follow-up strategies with interested leads to drive conversion.
• Collaborate seamlessly with counselors to ensure smooth lead handover and client progression.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume and scheduled office visits.
