Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to act on instructions (query /request/ complaint/ feedback) made by the customer in Call Center through incoming and outgoing calls with satisfactory resolutions
∎ Responsible for identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provides solutions and/or alternatives
∎ Responsible to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
∎ Responsible for adhering quality, office adherence, KPI related guidelines and meet personal or team’s qualitative & quantitative targets
∎ Responsible to adhere and support company/departmental process, policies and practices.
∎ Seize opportunities to upsell products when arise
∎ Having a positive mindset to deliver other duties as assigned

∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Responsible to act on instructions (query /request/ complaint/ feedback) made by the customer in Call Center through incoming and outgoing calls with satisfactory resolutions
