Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ Accounting (CACC)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supplier payment management, confirm TDS and VDS amount with tally posting.
∎ Responsible for outside sub-contract payment and database management,
∎ Responsible for acceptance of Bill of exchange, maintaining LC database and related LC posting,
∎ Review and monitor all advances and adjustments on timely basis,
∎ Prepare daily sales and collection report, fund projection and maintaining database for export proceed in monthly basis.
∎ Prepare monthly intercompany trade & service receivable/payable & inventory balance report.
∎ Intercompany Loan Interest posting.
∎ Analyze daily operational expenditure and maintain budget data register.
∎ Maintain separate file for Fixed assets, Opening LC, Outside Subcontract etc.
∎ Operate online banking activities and collect bank statements and ensure party bills online payment through HSBC.
∎ Liaison & support to treasury team, the internal audit team, and head office statuary wing and also with Bank for any required documents and info.
∎ Employees' Loan interest calculation and send to HR for salary deduction in monthly basis.
∎ Distribution of UK office expense to intercompany.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎
