∎ Willingness to work at anywhere in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and maintaining petty cash book.
∎ Ensuring monthly casual labor attendance and payment.
∎ Ensuring cash receiving and payment voucher filing·
∎ Maintaining liaison with local administration and renewing license.
∎ Monitoring office and guest house security.
∎ Receiving finish goods from factory and maintaining finish goods stock.
∎ Ensuring on time feed distribution at dealer points as per sales orders.
∎ Updating inventory data in ERP Software.
∎ Monitoring the job of loading and unloading workers.
∎ Preparing reports on accounts and depot stock at different intervals.
∎ Ensuring safety and healthy environment in the work area.
