Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to office maintenance, vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of office activities.
∎ Supervise support staff, including receptionists, cleaners, and security personnel, to ensure smooth functioning of administrative operations.
∎ Maintain an automated system of HR database, leave management, daily attendance system management etc.Maintain and update personnel files and other HR documents.
∎ Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other administrative duties as needed.
∎ Act as a bridge between Head office and foreign teams to address HR-related queries, challenges, and updates
∎ Remote & Inhouse team management.
