Job Summary: As an Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will support administrative functions, coordinate with various departments, and assist in maintaining a productive and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy and functional
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative duties
- Facilitate internal communication and act as a point of contact for various teams
