Responsibilities & Context: - Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and filing system maintenance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks if required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
