Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and filing system maintenance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks if required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
