Job Context:
∎ Duration: Duration of the contract will be up to 31st December, 2025.
∎ Position Title: Office Assistant under Improved Food Security Through Promotion of Climate Resilient Livelihoods and Disaster Preparedness for Communities in Chattogram and Cox`s Bazaar Districts Project.
∎ Job Location: Field Offices Chakaria

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform any duties in office: Furnishes project staff with clerical supplies
∎ Delivers oral or written messages
∎ Collects and distributes paperwork from one place to another
∎ May use office equipment, such as envelope-sealing machine, letter opener, record shaver, stamping machine, and transcribing machine
∎ May deliver documents/ items to other offices/ donor
∎ May specialize in delivering mail, messages, documents, and packages between offices and be designated Office Helper
∎ Keep office neat and clean
∎ Assist to the project team in all the required tasks
∎ Assist outreach activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience working in the NGO sector
∎ Agile
