Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Master’s degree in any discipline.

• Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Studies / MBA and Social welfare will get preference.

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Age At most 40 years

• Should have minimum 3 years job experience in Microfinance Program.
• Ability to undertake frequent and extensive field visits.
• Understanding of monitoring tools for Microfinance Program.
• Good understanding on Micro Credit Program Risk Management.
• Should have good writing skills in preparing reports both in English & Bangla
• Computer literacy is must.
• Able to work in a team in collaboration with field staff and other departments.

Social and Economic Enhancement Programme-SEEP is looking for suitable candidates at Head Office in Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of process, rules and regulation of credit program.
• Collecting data through visiting Branch, Samity and members as well as internal data base.
• Ensure smooth MFI field program operation in his/her jurisdiction through regular Monitoring and share feedback, explore new ideas for developing better policy, system and procedures.
• Ensure regular monitoring of field program from branch to project unit level and provide essential support and guidance.
• Give recommendation based on the monitoring findings.
• Follow up whether corrective action/ measures taken place as per the recommendation of the Monitoring Report.
• Preparing monitoring report after completion of monitoring on weekly basis.
• Undertake time-to-time survey, program evaluation to measure Microfinance program outcomes and impacts.
• Any other function or special monitoring required by the organization.

• Monthly Consolidated Salary will be at BDT 35,579-40,233 or Negotiable.

• T/A as per HR Policy, Mobile bill is Tk. 800 per month.

• Lunch Facilities: 60 taka per working day
