Skills Required: Call Center Management,Customer Support/ Client Service,Food and Nutrition,Health and Nutrition,Nutritionist,Outbound calls,Understanding of Health Nutrition
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Patience, sincerity and customer-focused approach
- Interest in consultation, follow-up and reporting
- Experience in e-commerce or online health consultation is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide one-on-one consultation based on customers’ health conditions and needs
Recommend appropriate health products and personalized diet plans
Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare and maintain consultation records
Explain the nutritional value of products and support the internal sales team
