Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Nutrition (with Masters in Nutrition will be preferable) with experience in CMAM, CMAMI, IYCF and adolescent nutrition.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define program implementation modalities (targeting criteria, mobilization modalities, partnerships, monitoring systems, staff schedules, etc.)
∎ Define overall implementation plan in collaboration with Donors, Government and other implement partners to ensure the full package is planned.
∎ Plan, develop and conduct trainings and start up according to final implementation plan and in line with relevant technical protocols.
∎ Ensure sound monitoring of program activities, linking with operation units and monitoring team at field level
∎ Ensure that logistics and administrative arrangements are made timely with the concerned departments.
∎ Ensure stewardship of equipment, materials, supplies and medical supplies as necessary
∎ Plan and deliver trainings on CMAM, CMAMI, IYCF, MtMSG and adolescent nutrition.
∎ Finalize necessary SBCC/IEC materials
∎ Ensure timely submission and technical soundness of all reports
∎ Oversee all staff under the Integrated Nutrition program including assisting in recruitment, capacity building, ongoing performance evaluations, management, general well-being, work schedules, discipline etc. in co-ordination with Nutrition Manager, operation and P&C in accordance with World Vision policies and guidelines.
∎ Provide technical support to staff and promote learning based on project objectives and activities and ensure documentation and sharing of learning with other sectors and programs.
∎ Ensure that staff responsibilities are clearly defined and understood, with performance objectives set against work plans and regularly monitored.
∎ Adhere to and ensure Security Protocols are followed by Nutrition teams both when in Office and field areas.
∎ Organize regular evaluation meetings of team members, and ensure meetings with volunteers at camp level.
∎ Report to higher management in case of conflict and breach of policies in liaison with P&C.
∎ Identify training needs, and plan capacity building events based on the gaps.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years’ experience in nutrition programme management with INGO/NGO/UN and related field experience in CMAM, CMAMI, IYCF and adolescent nutrition, from which 1 year in a management position.
∎ Strong capacity building and training skills
∎ Strong capacity for relations with state and local stakeholders
∎ Fluent in English (professional English required)
∎ Good resource and time management skills
∎ Proven Project management and proposal/report writing skills
∎ Excellent organizational, leadership and motivation skills
∎ Supervisory and managerial skills with proven ability to manage a demanding workload
∎ Computer literate, specially MS Word and Excel
∎ Experience in recovery and development project management
∎ Experience with working in nutrition sensitive and nutrition specific programing.
∎ Ability to read and abstract information from a variety of formats
∎ Ability to plan and organize work Independent with appropriate follow through while paying close attention to detail and show initiative in completing tasks and projects in a timely manner
∎ Familiarity with project/program areas
∎ Previous experience working for NGOs
∎ Good understanding on integrated programs (Food Security/Livelihood, WASH) and incorporation of cross-cutting issues (DRR, Protection)
∎ Able to set own deadlines and meet them consistently
∎ Experience and flexibility in working with complex programing and stuffing structures.
∎ Experience working with local government departments.
∎ Disciplined and able to work autonomously and arrive at decisions and conclusions with minimal guidance
