Diploma or Bachelor's in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Must be registered with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in industrial or factory setting preferred.
Freshers may also apply if confident and well-trained.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during emergencies.
Good record-keeping and reporting ability.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.

We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated Factory Nurse & Medical Assistant to join our team and support our workers' health and well-being.
Position Summary:
The Factory Nurse & Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing basic healthcare to factory workers, handling emergency medical situations, maintaining health records, and promoting a healthy work environment within the factory premises.
Job Responsibilities
Provide first aid and emergency care to injured or ill employees.
Maintain and manage the factory medical center and necessary equipment.
Keep accurate records of all patient visits and treatments.
Assist in regular health checkups and health awareness campaigns.
Monitor health and hygiene conditions within the factory.
Liaise with local hospitals or clinics in case of emergencies.
Support compliance audits related to occupational health and safety.
Ensure compliance with labor law, health & safety, and buyers’ code of conduct related to medical facilities.
Refer critical patients to specialized hospitals when necessary.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of medical treatment and submit to HR & Compliance.
