• Ability to work under pressure and during emergencies.

We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated Factory Nurse & Medical Assistant to join our team and support our workers' health and well-being.

Position Summary:

The Factory Nurse & Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing basic healthcare to factory workers, handling emergency medical situations, maintaining health records, and promoting a healthy work environment within the factory premises.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to injured or ill employees.

• Maintain and manage the factory medical center and necessary equipment.

• Keep accurate records of all patient visits and treatments.

• Assist in regular health checkups and health awareness campaigns.

• Monitor health and hygiene conditions within the factory.

• Liaise with local hospitals or clinics in case of emergencies.

• Support compliance audits related to occupational health and safety.

• Ensure compliance with labor law, health & safety, and buyers’ code of conduct related to medical facilities.

• Refer critical patients to specialized hospitals when necessary.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of medical treatment and submit to HR & Compliance.
