Responsibilities & Context:
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assists with diagnostic procedure and provide support during examinations.
- Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patients records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Participates in continues professional development program and training.
- Uphold the hospitals standards for patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Mentor and guide junior nurse staff.
- Must know how to complete indent by using computer software.
