∎ Must work experience with TV Channel Reporter, Online Channel Reporter or Related Fields.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Newspaper/Magazine, News Reporter, Overseas Companies, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Web Media/Blog.
∎ Good speaking and writing command in both Bangla and English.
∎ Long periods spent standing or moving around.
∎ Frequent communication with witnesses, interviewees and other sources.
∎ Competition and time sensitivity.
∎ Frequent travel.
∎ Unconventional work schedules.
∎ Skilled in creative writing.
∎ Sound in digital media technology using.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Being physically present at the location of the news event, which may involve navigating crowds, and dealing with dynamic or challenging environments.
∎ Articulating information clearly and effectively to the audience, often under pressure. This includes maintaining composure and professionalism during live broadcasts.
∎ Reassure and maintain relationships with sources to gather information and insights that contribute to well-rounded reporting.
∎ Respond to breaking news events quickly and accurately, providing real-time updates and coverage as needed.
∎ Work closely with editors, photographers, videographers, and other team members to produce cohesive and compelling stories.
∎ Adhere to the highest standards of journalistic ethics and integrity, ensuring fairness, balance, and objectivity in all reporting.
∎ Candidates must have a strong understanding of how content and visual story-telling methods are functioning.
∎ Find ways to share reporting responsibilities across markets and topics as needed.
∎ Utilize social media for reporting and story promotion Ability to perform other digital duties as needed.
