Position Overview:
The Network Manager will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, high-availability network infrastructure to support large-scale PSP operations. This role ensures uninterrupted connectivity, compliance with regulatory standards, and resilience against cyber threats while enabling business scalability and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise and PSP-grade network infrastructure.
- Ensure network performance, availability, and security aligned with PCI-DSS, Bangladesh Bank, and global compliance standards.
- Oversee data centers, WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPN, and cloud connectivity for seamless transaction flows.
- Implement advanced monitoring, incident response, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective network solutions.
- Mentor and develop the network engineering team to build strong in-house capability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support digital payments, APIs, and fintech ecosystem integrations.
