Responsibilities & Context:
- Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
- Supervising the team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve the company’s goals.
- Collaborating with NOC Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
- Ensure highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all types of customer.
- Ensure Technical Support/Guidance to Clients.
- Network performance monitoring and reporting.
- Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
- Technical support (onsite/remote) for Internet & Networking, Service Usage and related issues.
- Configure & manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, OLT.
- Manage technicians to bring up new links and to maintain existing links.
