Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud computing, server management and IT security
∎ Certification in CCNA, CISA, Cloud (Azure/AWS) is preferable
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, configure, maintain LAN, WAN, wireless networks, video surveillance system, IP PABX etc.
∎ Install and support routers, switches, firewalls and other network devices
∎ Ensure the security of IT systems through firewalls, antivirus software and other security measures
∎ Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
∎ Maintain documentation of network architecture, configurations and troubleshooting procedures
∎ Support disaster recovery and backup procedures for network infrastructure
∎ Ensure day to day user support of ICTD throughout the country
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technological needs
∎ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
∎ Provide technical support for users and escalate problems when necessary
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
