Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting annual national sales targets, formulating and implementing budget plan.
∎ Regular monitoring of the achievement of national sales targets as per the approved budget.
∎ Achieving the set sales target and collection, evaluating the monthly performance of the Sales and Distribution team as per sales KPI.
∎ Regular market visit, data collection and analysis to support in determining product prices and discount rates by identifying customer needs and satisfaction and building network with customers.
∎ Participate in various meetings and conferences for current sales status, sales improvement, monthly sales review, company policy, trade offers for product marketing & promotion and other necessary matters.
∎ Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, HR, accounts, branding and other relevant departments for formulation and implementation of sales plan.
∎ Manpower planning and team formation in order to reach the maximum potential market and coverage.
∎ Evaluate team members & performance and recommend benefits accordingly.
∎ Presenting various information to the authority and management in regard to the market demand including policy, offer, pricing of new products.
∎ Supervise the product delivery to the distributor as per company policy and procedure.
∎ Provide direction to ensure logistic related tasks smoothly and take administrative action as necessary.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to expedite sales promotional activities (TVC, banner, PVC, signboard, billboard and media, periodic offers and annual offers).
∎ Ensure proper documentation and policy implementation for dealer/distributors/channel partners/clients as per company sales & distribution policy.
∎ Ensure regular training of the recruited manpower to provide comprehensive ideas about product/company rules and policies to ensure maximum output of sales staff.
∎ Execute other official tasks, assigned by the authority and management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Must have 05 years of working experience in electrical appliance sales.
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
∎ Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
∎ Strong leadership and team-building skills
∎ Hard-working, sincere, punctual and result oriented
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Should have good knowledge on computer, Especially MS Office and different types software base work
