·       2-5 years of experience in B2B and Corporate Sales.·       Strong communication and negotiation skills (Both English & Bangla)·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team·       Good understanding of sales strategies and market trends·       Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the identification and research of potential clients through digital platforms, industry networks, and market intelligence to expand the business pipeline.

  • Develop and oversee multi-channel lead generation strategies, including email campaigns, social media outreach, cold calling, events, and field activities.

  • Plan and conduct client meetings, presentations, and field visits to effectively position the company’s services and build strong market presence.

  • Drive initial client engagement discussions to understand business requirements, analyze needs, and align solutions accordingly.

  • Evaluate and qualify leads against defined target customer profiles, ensuring a strong and conversion-focused sales pipeline.

  • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the CRM database, ensuring proper tracking, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients through structured follow-ups and engagement strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation initiatives, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Guide and support junior team members (if applicable), ensuring effective execution of lead generation activities and adherence to processes.
