Responsibilities & Context:
This is a field-heavy sales role based in Dhaka. The position requires frequent visits to corporate offices, schools, NGOs, and institutions to generate bookings for the resort. The candidate will directly represent the CEO and play a key role in expanding the corporate client base.
Weekly Tasks:
15–20 in-person visits to organizations across Dhaka
30+ outbound calls to decision-makers
Deliver presentations, distribute brochures, and close deals
Maintain and update sales pipeline
Submit daily field reports
Monthly Tasks:
Organize at least 2 client visits to the resort
Attend networking events
Achieve monthly sales targets
Update CRM regularly
Ongoing:
Build a database of 500+ institutional contacts
Manage full client lifecycle (lead to booking)
Coordinate with operations team for execution
