• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or related field

• At least 3 years

• Manage assigned buyer accounts and maintain regular communication regarding order status, development, approvals, and shipment timelines

• Understand buyer requirements, tech packs, and quality standards, ensuring accurate execution

• Coordinate sample development (proto, fit, PP, size set, etc.) and ensure timely submission and approval

• Prepare accurate costing considering yarn, knitting, trims, washing, and CM; support price negotiation with buyers

• Source yarns, trims, and accessories in coordination with sourcing and procurement teams

• Follow up with production, planning, and factory teams to ensure smooth order execution

• Monitor production stages (knitting, linking, washing, finishing) and take proactive actions to avoid delays

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality meets buyer standards and compliance requirements

• Identify and resolve production or quality issues in a timely manner

• Ensure on-time shipment as per delivery schedule and buyer requirements

• Coordinate with commercial/logistics teams for shipment documentation (LC, invoice, packing list, etc.)

• Maintain accurate order records, files, and documentation

• Prepare and update order status reports and share regular updates with management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams

• Support business growth by assisting in new developments and buyer requirements
