Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Creating sales plans and strategies to meet company objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and setting realistic sales targets for regions or territories.
∎ Managing and providing leadership to regional sales managers and sales representatives. This may involve hiring, training, and performance management to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
∎ Tracking sales performance against targets and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement. This may involve regular reporting to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
∎ Cultivating relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth and maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ Working closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives and ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
∎ Analyze existing competitors' strategies and market trends to design effective trade Offers in coordination with marketing team.
∎ Being proactive in adapting sales strategies to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and competitive pressures.
