  • Total experience 15 years with at least 03 (Three) years’ work experience in similar position (Food Industry).

  • Good understanding of Bangladesh geography and consumer market.

  • Should have sound knowledge on the easiest route to communicate with the Dealers/Distributors and Retailers.

  • The applicants should have experience in the Food & Beverage Industries



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability in the confectionary segment.

  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure the achievement of sales goals and objectives.

  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, market trends, customer needs & behavior and competitor strategies to drive sales growth

  • Promote and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage distributors, and retailers to drive business growth, negotiate contracts, and secure partnerships.

  • Design sales forecasts, budgets, and targets, inventory management, distribution channels and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.

  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our market presence and boosting profitability.

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. By providing exceptional customer service and understanding their needs, you will become their trusted partner in business.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the corporate sector. Your ability to generate leads and proactively pursue potential clients will be instrumental in driving business expansion.

  • Provide customer & competitor's feedback to superior in terms of their products, dealers, price, promotional activities or any other marketing strategies

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors through continuous market research and analysis. This knowledge will empower you to make informed decisions and adapt your strategies for maximum success.

  • Deliver captivating and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will help you win over clients and secure lucrative deals.

  • Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your coordination skills will play a vital role in delivering a seamless experience to our clients.
