Responsibilities & Context:

SAN FOODS AND AGRO LIMITED is an FMCG organization, who currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated National Sales Manager- NSM, who can develop and lead their team as well as the company's sales.

  • Monitor the daily activities of sales team as per scheduled Plan.
  • Monitoring primary & secondary sales.
  • Carry out market visit, discuss with distributor & DSR identify the problem & advise them for
  • improvement of sales.
  • Closely observe and monitor competitor activities & report to the superior.
  • Held regular meetings with TSM/TSO check their movement & monitor their progress in work.
  • Supervise & guide the sales force regularly to increase market share.
  • Create new business opportunities/insights & new distributors.
  • Fixation of daily & monthly sales target of his region & monitor for its achievement accordingly.
  • Responsible for realization of sales proceeds.
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies, policies, promotional policies & officer orders.
  • Extending support and cooperation to the Head of Sales in performing his responsibilities effectively, particularly related to his region.
  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Reduce market returns and run regional activities in a cost-effective manner.
  • Organize the monthly & quarterly sales review meeting.
  • Checking bills of sales team.
