Job Context:
∎ Life n Information is a multi-oriented company featured with the Textile products, leather products and cleaning materials products: Air Freshener, Floor cleaner, Toilet cleaner, Hand wash, Glass cleaner, Car wash, Hand sanitizer, Hand Rub and Dish wash.
∎ Now we are intending to hire a high caliber National Sales Manager on an urgent basis to drive only our cleaning materials department headed the brand "GO GREEN" forward to the most extension nationwide successfully.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting up new distribution point as per requirement of the company.
∎ Distribution Management and build a well-trained and aligned team of skilled and highly experienced sales persons.
∎ Cost management to improve bottom-line.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Prepare a monthly action plan in the 1st week of every month and submit to the superior or responsible person.
∎ Create, Implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace, and facilitate internal and external communications.
∎ Advise distributors on policies and operation procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
∎ To maintain liaison with the dealers as well as the consumer to ensure primary & secondary sales.
∎ Process implementation across Claim settlement, Market coverage, Report writing, Review process to develop an efficient environment.
∎ To ensure proper monitoring with the junior officers to achieve sales target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Setting up new distributions, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 05 years of experience as NSM in corporate and retail sales.
∎ Should have ability to show leadership to drive the business forward.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment & under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable but definitely attractive.
