Responsibilities & Context:

Reporting Systems:

  • Every morning, give your reporting boss accurate information about everyone's time and who is where.
  • At the end of the day, give your reporting boss accurate information about everyone's daily sales target and sales information and the rest of the sales information. Must have the morale to work on all tasks assigned by the office."

Strategic planning:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies, set sales targets, and create national sales plans in line with overall business objectives.

Team leadership:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing nationwide sales team, including regional managers.

Sales management:

  • Drive sales objectives and performance across all regions, ensuring consistency in sales processes and customer engagement.

Market analysis:

  • Monitor sales trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to identify growth areas and adapt strategy.

Forecasting and reporting:

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance metrics, and provide consolidated performance reports to senior management.

Client relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key national and regional accounts, and identify new potential customers.

Cross-functional coordination:

  • Liaise with other departments, such as marketing, product development, production, and logistics, to ensure brand consistency and smooth operations.

Operational tasks:

  • Manage sales administration, credit management, and ensure compliance with company standards and policies. 
  • Have a solid understanding of MS WORD, EXCEL, Power point, Marketplace product listing.
  • Achieving daily tasks assigned by the leader.

Any other task assigned by the management regarding sales.
