Additional Requirements:

at least 12 years of experience in tyre or automotive industry (replacement market experience preferred).
Strong dealer management, sales strategy, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of tyre product range (PCR, TBB, TBR, OTR, Farm) and industry standards.
Leadership experience managing multi-location teams.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales & Business Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual tyre sales targets in the region. Expand market coverage and strengthen the distribution network. Drive sales of PCR, TBB, TBR, OTR, MC, FARM and specialty tyres based on market demand.

2. Dealer & Distribution Management: Appoint, train, and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Monitor dealer performance and ensure healthy stock levels. Implement dealer incentive schemes and trade marketing activities.

3. Team Management: Lead and mentor Territory Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Executives. Set targets, track performance, and conduct regular team reviews. Build a strong, motivated, and customer-focused sales team.

4. Market Development: Identify new market opportunities (fleet sales, OEMs, replacement market). Gather competitor intelligence and market insights for strategic decisions. Execute regional-level promotions, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

5. Operational Excellence : Ensure timely collection of payments and manages credit control. Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service for smooth delivery. Prepare and present monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
