Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Sales Management of Akij Bakers Ltd.
∎ Develop effective sales & distribution systems to respond the changing needs of the company and gradually setup Product Line operation nationally.
∎ Critically monitor National Sales, promotions, collections, and other activities to achieve sales target.
∎ Coordinate with sales team to plan, promotional activities, trade shows and special events.
∎ Maintain sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives.
∎ Interact with sales team to develop sales plans and strategies.
∎ Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
∎ Monitor daily activity of all Regional Heads.
∎ Prepare, fix and disburse monthly & yearly sales target to areas/regions.
∎ Provide necessary coordination with distribution department for smooth delivery.
∎ Identify weak field force & distributor and provide necessary guideline to relevant authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Master's/ MBA in Marketing preferably from any public/reputed private University
∎ 15 years practical experience in FMCG/ Reputed manufacturing Company, while in 3 years in the similar position.
∎ Good at marketing budget planning and sales data analysis.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent at Microsoft Office Application with preference in advance IT knowledge.
Salary: Negotiable
