Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to monitor the sales team members to achieve the sales target.
∎ Responsible to setup modern and effective marketing strategy for new products.
∎ To take all measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ To prepare planning & execute accordingly to expand the market.
∎ To analyze and adapting with new marketing policies.
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Developing a balanced dealer network and recruit new dealers.
∎ Reporting on all sorts of market competitors' activities.
∎ Attaining category wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensuring Field force performance proactively conduct appraisal regularly.
∎ Allocation of credit with due diligence.
∎ Filtration of non-performing channel partners periodically.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer related issues and complaints.
∎ Any other task assigns by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Handling Distributors or Dealers, Sales & Marketing
∎ Must have good computer operating knowledge preferably on MS Application.
∎ Experience on Electronics and electrical appliances marketing will be given preference
∎ Young energetic candidates having Smartness, stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to travel in any district of Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
