Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates must have a bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline or a related field from a reputed university. However, post-graduate in public health will be given priority. The ideal candidate should possess professional proficiency in managing projects, budgets, monitoring and evaluation, human resources, administration, procurement, logistic support, donor relations, reporting, and compliance maintenance within NGO/INGO or other development agencies.

Job Context:
∎ HAEFA Bangladesh Country Office Program is searching for a proactive and enthusiastic male or female candidate for the role of National Project Coordinator. The position is focused on reproductive healthcare and chronic disease management programs. The ideal candidate should have experience directing multiple project teams simultaneously, managing project activities on schedule, generating reports, and promoting health education. Additionally, the successful applicant must demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and adherence to organizational policies and program implementation guidelines. Maintaining coordination with community leaders, project stakeholders, and local government is crucial. HAEFA values empathy towards individuals from disadvantaged and underprivileged backgrounds as an essential attribute.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time (3 months Probationary Period)
∎ Duration of Contract: 1 year (Contract: Renewable; Position: Transferable)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the implementation of reproductive healthcare and chronic disease management programs in Bangladesh, in line with HAEFA's objectives and policies.
∎ Coordinate with multiple project teams and ensure their activities are aligned with the program's goals and timelines.
∎ Manage project budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
∎ Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to the HAEFA Country Office and headquarters.
∎ Generate regular reports on program progress, challenges, and successes, and communicate these to stakeholders and partners as required.
∎ Develop and implement health education and awareness campaigns in collaboration with community leaders and other stakeholders.
∎ Maintain regular communication with local government agencies, healthcare providers, and community members to ensure program activities are well-coordinated and responsive to community needs.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing healthcare and development programs of HAEFA in Bangladesh.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and mentor and support project staff to achieve the project goals and contribute to program success.
∎ Take an active role in various program-related tasks, such as writing reports, preparing budgets, producing technical documents, creating meeting minutes, managing procurement processes, and organizing training and workshops.
∎ Assisting higher management and project members in daily project administration works.
∎ Coordinating with all respected stake-holders, donors, and government agencies, and responding to requirements accordingly.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the Country Office and Project Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 60 years
∎ Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc, Corporate IT Support, IT Management
∎ Experience in NGO/INGO and in Development Agencies will be given priority.
∎ Preference will also be given to candidates with experience in public healthcare initiatives.
∎ Candidate must have proficiency in English.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Travel: Dhaka with occasional travel to field sites. Travel expenses for any project work will be reimbursed as per HAEFA rules and regulations.
