∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ 2–4 years of experience in field sales, direct sales roles or Salesforce management.
∎ Prior experience in direct sales, preferably in Beauty & Personal Care industry, FMCG or D2D/Sales/Shopper Activation Projects.
∎ Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in conducting field training.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, team management skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
∎ Must be proactive, target-driven, and able to handle field-level challenges.
∎ Energetic, organized, and passionate about making a difference
∎ Excellent MS Office and computer operation knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and coordinate a large team of female sales professionals
∎ Monitor and support field supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
∎ Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of ambitious targets
∎ Maintain regular reporting and communication with key stakeholders
∎ Travel frequently inside and outside (10 to15 Days/Month) Dhaka, a perfect blend of work and adventure, giving you the chance to explore historic sites while making an impact!
∎ Provide thorough training to the field team to ensure they are well -equipped with the necessary skills, product knowledge, and operational guidelines for effective on-ground execution.

∎ Salary Breakdown:
∎ • Fixed salary: BDT 30,000
∎ • Variable salary (KPI Based): BDT 6,000
∎ • Travel Allowance: BDT 8,000
∎ • Phone Bill: BDT 1,000
∎ • Additional travel allowance & accommodation for outside Dhaka will be provided on an actual expense basis.
∎ • Yearly two festival bonuses will be provided, each equivalent to 50% of the fixed monthly salary
∎ • 01-year contractual employment with benefits. Candidates with successful performance will get preference for permanent employment after the contract period.
