∎ Franchise Search & Development: Identify and evaluate potential franchise locations and partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
∎ Franchisee Support: Provide guidance and support to franchisees on various aspects of their business, including operations, marketing, and sales in alignment with regional Sales Team
∎ Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and their staff.
∎ Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that franchisees adhere to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate franchisee performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance business growth.
∎ Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with franchisees and provide regular reports on their performance and any issues encountered.
