∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Experience in field sales or direct sales roles.
∎ Prior experience in direct sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, electronics device, FMCG, Handset Sales, IOT product sales or Sales Activation Projects.
∎ Previous leadership or team management experience is preferred.
∎ Must be proactive, target-driven, and able to handle field-level challenges.
∎ Candidates with a bicycle or motorbike will get preference.
∎ Basic mobile device operation knowledge and Android usage expertise.
∎ Basic MS Office and computer operation knowledge.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor the performance of Sales Associates in assigned areas across thana & zilla levels.
∎ Plan and execute daily team visits based on the PJP (Permanent Journey Plan).
∎ Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved by the team consistently.
∎ Support Sales Associates in customer visits, device demonstrations, and closing sales when required.
∎ Provide training, motivation, and guidance to team members for skill and performance improvement.
∎ Ensure proper installation of IOT devices at customer locations through the team.
∎ Manage and monitor after-sales service activities to maintain customer satisfaction.
∎ Collect and compile market insights and customer/end-user feedback to upper management.
∎ Maintain discipline, performance tracking, and daily reporting of the field force.
