  • Only Male
  • Minimum Commis-1 level experience in a professional kitchen is required

  • NSDA Certified Assessor will be given preference

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage Production

  • Professional training or certification in baking, pastry, and barista skills (preferred)

  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a multi-cuisine kitchen (local and international cuisines)

  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a trainer, chef instructor, or in a mentoring role

  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and HACCP guidelines

  • Proficiency in operating modern kitchen equipment, ovens, mixers, fryers, and beverage machines

  • Ability to train students in coffee preparation, juice making, baking, and multi-cuisine cooking



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct practical training in Bangladeshi, Indian, Chinese, Continental, and Arabic cuisines

  • Train students in preparing appetizers, main dishes, side items, and desserts

  • Teach baking of bread, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other baked goods

  • Provide training in coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and latte art

  • Instruct on juice, smoothie, mocktail, and detox drink preparation

  • Teach use and maintenance of kitchen and beverage equipment

  • Ensure safe operation of ovens, mixers, fryers, blenders, and coffee machines

  • Provide in-depth food safety and hygiene training based on international standards

  • Educate on HACCP, personal hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food storage

  • Train students to read recipes, manage food portions, and calculate costing

  • Guide in developing professional menus for hotels, restaurants, and catering

  • Organize cooking tests, beverage-making assessments, and kitchen simulations

  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide practical feedback

  • Teach communication skills, teamwork, time management, and discipline

  • Prepare students for local and overseas jobs in hospitality and food service

  • Simulate real kitchen environments and service scenarios
