The primary responsibilities of the job, including:

Taking the requirements for machine, molds, materials, spare parts, etc., from the factory and coordinating with foreign suppliers (China and others).

• Production and supply chain follow-up, general management activities, and support for the Managing Director’s day-to-day tasks.

• Coordinating and maintaining liaison between the head office and the factory concerning new products, production reports, machines, and related accessories/equipment.

• Following up on general management activities and reporting to the Managing Director on a daily basis.

• Monitoring and reporting on the availability of raw materials in a timely manner.

• Reporting and recommending immediate action in case of any discrepancies.

• Performing other relevant duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
