• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Good command over motion graphics and animation principles
• Solid understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and composition Knowledge of sound editing, colour grading, and visual effects
• Ability to work with different video formats and resolutions
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred)

• Plan, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for client projects, including promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and branded visuals.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, creative expectations, and project objectives, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery.
• Create visually engaging motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects aligned with brand guidelines and client briefs.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to execute creative concepts efficiently.
• Ensure strong video storytelling, smooth pacing, accurate audio synchronization, and overall visual consistency.
• Perform colour correction, basic colour grading, audio balancing, and visual enhancement to maintain professional output quality.
• Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final deliverables with proper documentation and version control.
• Review and revise content based on client and internal feedback while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Conduct training sessions or workshops for students, interns, or junior team members on video editing and motion graphics tools and techniques.
• Guide learners through practical assignments, projects, and real client work, ensuring skill development and industry readiness.
• Support teaching activities by preparing training materials, demonstrations, and examples as required.
• Stay updated with current industry trends, software updates, and best practices in video editing and motion design.
• Ensure all delivered content meets technical, creative, and brand standards before final submission.
