Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Fertilizer is looking for a suitable job incumbent for the position of Executive, Brand Communication who will do the followings-

• Manage and oversee all digital platforms to execute effective reach-out campaigns.

• Plan and prepare creative briefs for the development of both online and offline communication materials in collaboration with designers.

• Develop, allocate, and optimize budgets for media buying to ensure maximum ROI.

• Oversee the customer feedback management process across social media platforms.

• Plan and develop corporate & business presentations and magazines using digital tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.

• Manage and regularly update all monitoring tools aligned with sales, people, customer, and product performance metrics.

• Generate analytical reports and communicate insights with the concerned departments.

• Propose and implement new ideas to enhance monitoring effectiveness and efficiency.

• Manage and update all automation tools to ensure operational efficiency.

• Address and resolve service requests in a timely manner.

• Develop and recommend innovative ideas to improve automation processes and systems.
